Hotel with 20 rooms, located on the upper floor of a separate building, located at the entrance of Sardara, near the 131 State Highway.

At the ground floor there are an English-style pub, for breakfast and lunch, also accessible to customers who do not stay overnight.

The food is typical mostly seafood and characterized by the exclusive use of organic and seasonal products, selected and from local production.

The wines are selected exclusively from local wineries. Handmade pasta and bread by the chef of Sardara, producted with organic Sardinian durum wheat, stone ground.

Seafood is absolutely fresh and local; particularly requested lobsters and crabs and tuna from Carloforte, mussels and clams of certified origin.

Meat, in the most valuable cuts, come from selected local farms. Customers with special dietary needs or allergies may request a personalized menu.
