Ilario Ibba is both farmer and agronomist and manages olive oil production in his farm in Sardara, only obtained from his own olive groves, between the territory of Sardara and Sanluri.

The particular soil conditions and the Mediterranean climate make possible to obtain various types of extra virgin olive oil, all of excellent organoleptic value and very healthy, made from cold pressed high quality olives called Bosana, Tonda and Semidana.
